McCook® 15-Piece Knife Set with Block

While shopping for my first "real" set of kitchen knives over 3 decades ago, I got some great unsolicited advice from nearby shopper who could tell I was newbie. This guy happened to be a chef, and explained how to identify a good kitchen knife.
