The Fast Track program is ideal for those ready, willing, and able to make necessary lifestyle adjustments, but just need the extra support. The condensed timeframe does require more intentionality by the client between sessions, but the timeframe for seeing results may also be condensed.

The Fast Track program can also be renewed for an additional 3 months if the client prefers a more moderate pace. The 6 month experience would be equivalent to the Foundations program without the 3X4 Genetic Test and Blueprint consultation.
